Faith & Works Design Company LLC was born out of a passion for transforming raw, natural materials into functional art, and for sharing the joy that God's beautiful creation can offer us. Based in the heart of Pennsylvania, we specialize in custom woodworking that brings the unique beauty of the outdoors into your home or business. Whether it’s the deep character of a black walnut slab or the modern flow of a custom epoxy river table, every piece we create is built with a commitment to quality and longevity.

Meet the Maker

Elijah Stauffer, Founder & Lead Craftsman;

Woodworking isn't just a business for me; it’s a trade built on precision and patience. As an ebanista (cabinet maker), I focus on the structural integrity of every joint and the glass-like finish of every resin pour. My goal is to create "legacy pieces"—furniture that doesn't just fill a room but tells a story for generations. I have been richly blessed by my Creator, God, and by His Son, Jesus Christ. The goal of this business is to spread that joy and blessing to everyone I meet. 🙂

When I’m not in the shop working with cool materials, you can usually find me exploring the local Pennsylvania trails, out on the disc golf course, helping out at my church, or spending quality time with my family.
